The gossip site Defamer.com reports that Robert Bernhoft, who held Wesley Snipes prison term down to a mere three years (it could have been much worse) is looking to set up a celebrity tax defense practice in Malibu.
And who doesn't want to hold their tax sentence down to only 36 months? That would seem like a good deal to Alan Fabian, a "a wealthy entrepreneur, religious philanthropist and well-connected political fundraiser" from Maryland who last week was sentenced to nine years in prison on tax and fraud charges.
