my son michael (getting ready to graduate devry university) said it all, when they government started talking stimulus, this would be a sure way for the government to catch people that owed money to such agencies as gov, state, student loans, child support, etc, etc. the only thing it stimulated was the GOVERNMENT. with missouri intercepting 3.2 million dollars and kansas intercepting 1.2 million so far. georgia has jumped on the band wagon....as all states will.
honesty is the best policy and thank god most of us are. but i am sure if the government had stated: stimulus relief to all honest people...if you owe taxes don't apply. the states would have not had such a field day.
