That looks like Toronto. Why are you studying Canadian tax laws?

Matt is correct!
More clients are either doing business there or engaging in US operations with Canadian outfits, so I need to deal with some cross-border issues. Hence, cross-border class for US practitioners in the Great White North.
I need to study something that will get me to Florida in January...
