SUPREME COURT HEARS CORPORATE WELFARE CASE TODAY

The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments in the Cuno case today. It's likely they'll decide not to decide by ruling the plaintiffs lack standing to contest the Ohio tax breaks at issue in court. We'll have a better idea after oral arguments.
