FUN AT THE COUNCIL ON STATE TAXATION

From today's electronic edition of Tax Notes:

   Business and government representatives 
   couldn't agree on a definition of "bundling" 
   at the Streamlined Sales Tax Project 
   meeting on May 25 in Tampa, Fla.; however,
   the Council On State Taxation (COST) has 
   scheduled a teleconference to hash out 
   differences on the industry side. 

Why would the Council On State Taxation would be talking about this?
