APRIL 15 AND NO MONEY? IRS SPELLS OUT OPTIONS

The IRS sets forth (IR 2003-42) the payment options for taxpayers who come up short on April 15. These include payment by credit card and installment agreements. The IRS has an interactive web page where taxpayers can determine whether they are eligible for an installment agreement.
